Refund policy

-All sales are final, no exchanges. 

-Some items may not match sale picture, we will do our best to ensure the items are as close to picture as possible. Colour and size might be slightly different.

-In the event we make a mistake on pricing we reserve the right to suspend the sale of the product that was priced incorrectly. 

DOA

-To receive a store credit or replacement for dead on arrivals. You must send a email to info@unorthodoxreef.ca or text to 613-316-4272 within 2hr of delivery and include unboxing photos. Please keep your DOA Unorthodox Reef may require additional photos. Unorthodox Reef will not issue any refunds for shipping charges. 

-There will be no guarantee on coral coloration as your lighting/environment may differ.  

-No refund for any deaths that occur 2hrs from delivery and or during or after acclimation.

Quarantined Fish

-Fish sold as "quarantined fish" or "QT" fish are not guaranteed. 

-Unorthodox Reef does not guarantee that quarantined fish are parasite free. Although we are very confident they are.
