Shipping policy

At this moment Unorthodox reef only ships a flat rate for live goods to Ontario and Quebec. Please contact us at info@unorthodoxreef.ca if you are outside these regions.

We will contact you after purchase to schedule a delivery date based on weather.

Shipping Overnight

-At this moment shipping is not available. 

-Please select provide packing slip and send packing slip via email unorthodoxreef@gmail.com or text 613-316-4272

 

-We are currently offering delivery to local fish stores. 

-Unorthodox Reef will not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

-Unorthodox Reef will not ship live goods to the US .

-No Refund on shipping costs

-We do not ship outside of Canada. 

Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
